These terms govern use of the ClientCouncil.ai website and the demonstration console. Licensed production deployments are governed by the engagement contract between ClientCouncil.ai and the institution.

Illustrative content

Every prospect and client profile shown on this website, in product screenshots and in the demonstration console is fictional. Scores, events and citations in those examples are illustrative and describe no real person or institution.

Nature of the output

ClientCouncil.ai produces recommendations and evidence summaries. They are decision support, not legal, regulatory, tax or investment advice, and they do not discharge an institution's own obligations. The institution's committee remains responsible for every acceptance, restriction and exit decision it records.

Acceptable use

• Submit only data you are lawfully entitled to process for client due-diligence purposes.
• Do not use the platform to make decisions prohibited by applicable fair-processing law.
• Do not attempt to access another account's data or to circumvent platform controls.

Intellectual property

The platform, its interfaces and its documentation are the property of ClientCouncil.ai. Data an institution submits, and the dossiers derived from it, remain the institution's.
